It is worth to go early in the morning on the Little Adam`s Peak , because there the crowd gathers quickly. The road is easy and will not take more than 40 minutes.

It's harder to climb Ella Rock. First, it is very difficult to find the right way, we were led by a guide for 700 rupees. But people found it on their own, so I advise you to read about it on the Internet. Ella Rock is incredible !!! Eucalyptus forests smell of divine

We came here on weekends, when the Chinese were celebrating their New Year. All the hotels were packed ... We were looking for a place to sleep for 3 hours. In the end, we settled here. A wonderful hostess, a good room with internet and hot water for 3000 rupees.

From there you can go on a jeep safari to the highest mountain of Sri Lanka Pidurutalagala.

Kandy

First, we had only one food poisoning in Sri Lanka. It was here. In this restaurant.
Secondly, we did not attend the puja ceremony in the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha because of problems with digestion.
Third, instead of the famous Royal Botanic Gardens in Peradeniya, we somehow found ourselves here. The only thing I liked about this park was the deer, who was hiding from us.
We definitely did not like Kandy.

But here we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets in my life, the tortoise fled from us and did a somersault, fat ducks ran around us, bats hung on the trees, a pelican sat on the beach and a whole family of monkeys broke someone's roof. Unforgettably!)
